What Can You Do?

There are a number of ways you can support our campaign and help save animals from snares.

• Please register your support and we will keep you up-to-date with our campaigns and invite you to take action and get involved.  The more supporters we have, the more we can bring about change to improve animals’ lives.
• Email the Rt Hon Caroline Spelman MP, Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, to call for an end to the manufacture, sale and use of snares. 
• Ask your MP to sign EDM 899 calling on the Government to take action against snares.
• Spread the word - make sure your friends and family are aware of this danger to pets and wild animals and write to your local newspaper.
• Please let us know if your pet has been caught in a snare or if you have seen a wild animal suffering as a result of snaring.
• Make a donation to our campaign. The League receives no Government or National Lottery funding and relies on the generosity of our supporters.  Every pound helps fund our campaigning and investigative work. 
• Download and sign our snaring petition (in pdf format below). Over 20,000 have added their name to our petition over the last three years calling for an end to the sale, manufacture and use of all snares.
